1. Scope:
1.1 These are the general conditions governing the sale of products through the online store.

2. Contract:
2.1 The order will be accepted as soon as you receive the order confirmation on the email account you provided. This will be done within 48 hours; at that time, a contract will be established between you and us.
2.2 You will be able to access the details of your order by contacting us, by checking the status of your order on the site by following the link or by accessing your account via the online store.
3. Product availability:
3.1 The products displayed in the online store can be viewed with the following statuses:

4. Price and delivery costs:
4.1 The prices of the products are indicated in Dirhams (MAD), VAT included. Product prices are displayed excluding delivery costs.
4.2 The prices displayed on num19.com do not include delivery costs. The delivery cost is clearly indicated during the checkout process and will be added to the total value of the products.

5. Place orders via the online store:

6.1 You can pay the price of the products and the delivery costs by the following payment methods: cash on delivery (COD), online payment by credit card. We reserve the right to remove or add any payment method without notice. We may update these methods at any time.

You can enter your payment details when you place your order using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro). Your credit card will be charged immediately. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the card, its credit status against the value of the order and whether the buyer’s address is correct. We may refuse orders based on the results of these checks.
6.2 In the event of payment by credit card, the card data transmitted during the order are protected and are sent directly to the Interbank Electronic Payment Center (CMI). Payment will be made directly to a secure server, with SSL encryption to ensure absolute security of transactions. We cannot access your credit card details either at the time of ordering or subsequently.
6.3 The information you provide to us under this clause 6 will be used exclusively to carry out the sales process and refund procedures in the event of total or partial cancellation of your order, as provided for in these conditions.
7. Shipping and delivery of products:
7.1 Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provide during the ordering process. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
7.2 The products will be delivered by the selected carrier between 24 and 72 hours from the date of dispatch. The actual shipping time is clearly stated during the ordering process as well as in the FAQ section of the website.
7.3 If delivery of the Products is delayed due to a circumstance beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to reduce the consequences of the delay. Where applicable, you have the right to request cancellation of your order if you wish. To this end, please contact our customer service.
7.4 You will be able to track your order at any time as soon as you receive confirmation of your order by logging into your personal account. Each order will be assigned a unique number which appears on all documents. If you place your order as a guest, you will be able to track your order using the link that will be sent to you when it ships.
7.5 We deliver everywhere in Morocco.
8. Withdrawal:
8.1 The user has a right of withdrawal of 7 days to request an exchange/return, subject to availability of the products. The customer can use his right of withdrawal in accordance with legal provisions. To do this, the customer must contact our customer service to inform them of their intention to exchange/return all or part of the order.
8.2 The customer undertakes to return the items subject to withdrawal in their original, new packaging and packaging, accompanied by all their accessories and other possible documentation, within 7 days from the date where the customer receives his order, at the address which will then be indicated to him on the delivery slip.
8.3 The products must be intact, complete, packaged in the original packaging, in conformity with the day of their delivery, without odor of perfume or dry cleaners. All products are checked upon receipt. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and will be returned to you and therefore not refunded or exchanged.
If your product meets the return conditions, you will be refunded within up to one month from the date the return is received. The direct costs of returning the products are your responsibility except in the case of defective products.
9. Confidentiality:

10. Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects on all Number19 products purchased online.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
Normal wear and tear is damage that occurs naturally and inevitably to products due to normal wear and/or aging.
